Geluk-2011 Demo

/geluk is a one man noise project that spent alot of time making this but zero dollars making this.
He is from nj is going to continue to  make music and would love to do a splitwith you or be featured on your blog or website. In case you couldnt tell tis is my solo noise/experimental project, next batch of songs will have vocals. PLEASE download this and help me get it pressed on 7" vinyl please, I can pay however much.

Geluk is africaans for happiness, anyway 3 days and lots of zanax and weed I proudly present to you my first musically release, Geluk. I sprinckled sounds and noises amongst guitars I recored myself(hence the shitty quality) and I think I got something pretty nice out of it. It has a really dark, distressed feel to, very noisy and raw sounding. The song Oh,Sea is my personal favorite, and also I plan on having vocals(  done by yours truley of course) of the next few songs(some of them). Cloud Mouth-That ghost is always with me

Cloud mouth is a noisy screamo band from chicago. They vaguely remind me of Daniel striped tiger for some reason. This album grooves hard.
Also, I got busy weekend ahead of me so I probably won't be posting again until next week or so.

Lo-fi droneish music with some really sweet acoustic melodies mixed in. I picked this up off another blog a while ago and recently started to listen to it again. He said he's making big things in 2011.

And They Say-2010 Demo

"And they say is a musical/art project created by Rickard Markström and Peter Lundgren in 2009. The project has grown since then, and they’re currently playing a more screamo oriented type of music.

For live shows they let friends contribute with art and other ways to showcase different expressions. They also use art, poetry and movies to further express the feeling they want to create.

The sound and music can be described as a hybrid of acoustic, screamo, noise, ambient, post-rock, post-punk, progressive rock and psychedelica. Constantly changing with the projects mood and feeling."-last.fm


From what I've heard from And They say before this demo was more of a lo-fi ambient type of feeling, but this release show a more upbeat screamo side to them. If I could come up with something to describe them it would be ambient screamo if that makes sense. Anyway this is really, really good so give it  a listen

Years Passing-I miss you, I'm pathetic

Since I've been a complete herb all day, I figured I could stop smoking weed for a minute to post some of the music thats been playing during the drug induced haze I call my day off. This is The solo noise project of one of the member of Suis La Lune. This tape is about 45 minutes or so of spacey, chilled out music that's really amazing. It's a very dreamy type sound consisted of various effects and noises and so on. Even if your not a fan of the ambient noise type sound you would still enjoy this as it's almost post rockish at some points. If you are a fan of the genre then this a must have.

Echo, Echo Landscape/And They Say Split

I downloaded this off a blog a while ago, this split is pretty intresting. And they say play a weird noise track and echo echo plays a shorter more straight forward screamo song. This is different, but a good listen none the less.
