This one of the first real screamo bands I've ever heard, so I've always had love for this band and there awesome vocals. The music is just amazing, the instrumental is really great as well.

"And they say is a musical/art project created by Rickard Markström and Peter Lundgren in 2009. The project has grown since then, and they’re currently playing a more screamo oriented type of music.

For live shows they let friends contribute with art and other ways to showcase different expressions. They also use art, poetry and movies to further express the feeling they want to create.

From what I've heard from And They say before this demo was more of a lo-fi ambient type of feeling, but this release show a more upbeat screamo side to them. If I could come up with something to describe them it would be ambient screamo if that makes sense. Anyway this is really, really good so give it  a listen

Years Passing-I miss you, I'm pathetic

Since I've been a complete herb all day, I figured I could stop smoking weed for a minute to post some of the music thats been playing during the drug induced haze I call my day off. This is The solo noise project of one of the member of Suis La Lune. This tape is about 45 minutes or so of spacey, chilled out music that's really amazing. It's a very dreamy type sound consisted of various effects and noises and so on. Even if your not a fan of the ambient noise type sound you would still enjoy this as it's almost post rockish at some points. If you are a fan of the genre then this a must have.

"Dodewaard was a screamo/hardcore band from the Netherlands. The band existed from 2001 until 2004 and played a total of exactly 50 shows. They released (1) A demotape titled ‘Heroine Maakt Veel Goed,’ (2) An untitled split LP with The People Listening, Wonder (another Dutch screamo band) on the German Adagio830 Records, and (3) A 4-way split-cd with bands Petethepiratesquid, The third memory and Thema Eleven, released by the French Impure Muzik label. Batlle of Wolf 359-Singaia-Kaddish Split EP's

Battle of wolf 359 are one of my favorite bands, they play a really great,heavy, and epic as fuck sounding blend of screamo and hardcore. They recently released a split with grindcore band ressurectionists that I will most likely upload at some point. They also have a full length out that I, personally, don't enjoy as much as any of the material from their splits. They also have a song on the emo apocalypse(it might be annhilation I'm not positive.)that's very good for only being 30 seconds long and considering BoW359 usually plays song that are 2-3 minutes in lenght it's still as heavy and epic as a typical song. Great energy, fast drumming, harsh vocals (1 male and 1 female) and heavy guitar riffs make this band something else.

Boyfriends-2009 Demo

Boyfriends is a really good band from lancaster PA, they have a very unique sound vaguely similar to 1994!(both of their member are in this band) but alot more chilled out and post rock-ish almost. I'm too stoned to accurately describe their sound to you but I promise it's really good, especially if you are on drugs. /definately give t his a listen if you like 1994!, snowing, or stuff like that.

"Ampere is an American hardcore band based in Amherst, Massachusetts known for their short (10-15 minutes) but extremely loud and intense live shows. The band has put the importance of DIY hardcore punk ethics at the forefront of their lyrics and are renowned for the particular attention they bring to their vegan principles.

The members of the bands have been involved in the DIY hardcore scene for a number of years with the most notable being guitarist Will Killingsworth , who played guitar in Orchid, Laceration and Bucket Full of Teeth and who continues to run his Clean Plate record label and Dead Air recording studio where the band records all of their music. Storm the Bastille is a screamo band featuring members of Boy Problems, Harrison Bergeron and Street Smart Cyclist.
Cassilis is a heavier(imo) screamo band from Philadelphia, featuring members of Boy Problems, Boys and Sex, This lady is not for Burning and Snowing. They are fucking awesome.

Cassilis' songs are heavy, raw and intense, I've heard their incredible to see live. Storm the Bastille's track is a slower, longer more traditional screamo type sound. Check this out.
